ad
Put on some sloppy weight this winter, kind of embarrassed to post this up, but F#$k it, maybe this will keep me motivated. Big thanks to Trenhunter for helping me get on the right track. Ready to get lean. Just started summer cycle, Swole Trentosterone, 1cc daily. Adding Anavar in 3 weeks at 50mg daily. Let me know what u guys think. Any advice appreciated.

Thanks again bro! "Hella" motivation!
PankraseBoranAbsolutely agree TrenHunter can help in diet and motivation. You have a very good base, if you were to cut down 2 points you will see a great change. Its very important to know where you're at bf%. Do that, even if its not 100% accurate but it will be your starting point. If you can afford it, a fitbit or Nike Fuelband that tells you exactly what your putting in and out in regards to kcals. You can install the app on your cell then input meal etc and the Fuel band will calculate burned calories. That's the easy way or paper pencil and internet searching for calories. I would choose this over extra cardio. I would much rather eat less than run that extra mile, either way stay motivated. Keep pictures of your role models. If you need extra encouragement, put on a shirt that's a too tight and go out in public for an errand. Trust me, When you get home you will jump on that Health Rider - yes I still have mine. Or you will throw away that bag of Ruffles, you know, the ones with the riffles.
Cheddar sour cream ruffles?! Haha, man its almost depressing, haven't been cut since before we had kids. Thx for the advice Pank. Greatly appreciated.
There's some quality mass underneath that winter coat friend, work hard and you'll look fan-f*cking-tastic +1 for posting up the pic
Thx brother, 240 was miserable, time to tighten up. I'll update soon.
T hunt will help big time on the diet. I find the motivation in hering what ppl really think about me greater than the pain of change. After posting my recent pic it has sent my ass in a new direction. Keep us posted on this cycle bro. That vascularity is waiting to be seen.
Its funny what motivates us. Thanks for the kind words man.
