famous steak n' eggs diet while on AAS?

ad

what do you think of the steak n' eggs diet generally, and especially while on AAS? my goal is some pretty aggressive cutting/fat loss. I have just started test prop and npp each at 100mg EOD' and will likely run winny INJ the last 6 weeks. Any thoughts on energy, fat loss, etc? I will probably run the diet for a month at first and see how it goes.

I am running that exact same cycle right now and doing fasted cardio every morning before work, then lifting in the evenings. I am eating 250-300 g protein, 100 g carbs and 100 g fats daily and lift in the evenings. I've been rocking that diet for about two months and am finishing my 4th week of the cycle (protein was increased by 100 g daily when cycle started). All of my carbs are very low GI and keep me from feeling the drag that extreme low carb diets like full blown keto bring on. So far I have had amazing results and have leaned out significantly while putting on some nice, defined mass and solid strength gains. I am running adex at .25 mg eod and Prami at .125 mg ed as well as hcg at 250 mg twice per week. I plan to get my cholesterol checked on Weds of next week and will follow up with results. Not trying to hijack your thread, just wanted to give all the necessary info since you are considering running exactly what I am on at the moment.

thanks for the feedback. Ive heard cholesterol ratio and lipid values actually improve if you are strict.

blood tests for cholesterol level will be your friend. A diet of steak and eggs as your primary will elevate your cholesterol so high you could be a walking heart attack bomb ESPECIALLY on a cycle. Ever wonder what testosterone is? Its a form of cholesterol in itself.

Yes. Do it. You need some complex CHOs, though. Wild rice, sweet potato, pumpkin. Coconut oil, olive oil, for fats. Weigh your beef before and after cooking. There is 7g of protein per one ounce of beef. Count your eggs. No CHOs after 1400 hours. Three to six weeks with minimal two days cardio per week, you should see some positive results....

X2 on the cardio. I've seen drastic improvements in cholesterol and the only real change was cardio and what kind. I don't mean walking on a treadmill for an hour, some rigorous cardio at least twice a week

Right on. I started doing 1.13 miles every other day. Now, thats what i do, while adding HIIT to it. I usually dont stop to rest when running 5K. But, i rest in small intervals in the beginning, while increasing the pace and intensity. Not easy either...
