+ 2 Muscle Egg
ad
I don't know if I'm late to the party, but this stuff is awesome. It's pasteurized, liquid egg whites that come in different flavors. Vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, mint chocolate, chocolate caramel. You can drink them straight or add them to recipes (pancakes, oatmeal, etched.) Nutritional stats for vanilla are:
1 cup= 10 whites
120 cals
0g fat
0g chol
5g carb
0g sugar
25g protein
Definitely recommend them- the only downside is that they are a little pricey.

Muscle egg is amazing. Chocolate caramel and the new cake batter is amazing.
Price isn't bad
Where do the carbs come from?
Flavored eggs, what do you do with them? Mint chocolate eggs sounds gross to me lol
jzagThat actually sounds pretty good to me.
Shocker ;)
This would definately beat eating boiled eggs everyday gonna give this a try next month
AnonAwesome!
Just order 3 gallons. Seems pricey comparing to whey protein though
Mr KfizzleYeah but this is actual food not supplements. Much better to get your protein from food.
AnonNot cheap, but my stomach bloats with whey- I get zero bloating with this.
Mr KfizzleThat's really not bad at all.
2 gallons per order
336 egg whites flavored for $63
Shipping is $16
32 servings (cups)
1 cup is about 10.5 egg whites.
You pay about $2.50 per serving
AnonTheir website has a store locator too, I found a store- albeit far from my house- but I was able to cut out the shipping. Absolutely worth the cost in my opinion.
Mr KfizzleNice!!! I'll have to check that out, didn't notice it.
These are the to go in my opinion. I personally cut my whey intake in half and use a cup of egg whites. I really believe my physique looks better using them
Does it taste good? Raw eggwhites are a great source of protein. Do they sell them at the grocery store?
AnonIt tastes insanely good. Mint brownie is my favorite. Not sold at grocery store but if you hit up the website, you can find a store locator. (I was NOT about to pay for shipping haha)
Oh my God the mint Brownie <3
AnonA man after my own heart!
Its amazing. Not at grocery stores. Google it. Spendy though.
Agreed, i was told about this by a friend but have not yet pulled trigger yet.... have you actually consumed them? are they good both cooked and "raw"(Drank)
AnonThey are so good. I've been drinking mint brownie flavor straight from the container, hahaha. It tastes like dessert. I added vanilla to my oatmeal in the morning and it eliminated the need for stevia.
Can you cook them as well? Like a true substitute for egg whites? For example, I eat 4 eggs and 4 egg whites every morning 6 days a week, could I replace my 4 egg white with muscle egg and Cook them with my eggs?
AnonYupp! They cook up just like regular eggs but taste sweet. I made an oatmeal/egg white pancake with the vanilla and there was no texture or consistency difference from regular egg whites.
SOLD!
LOL, You sure your not a cover girl for Muscleeggs?!?!? pushing that product hard like your getting commission...lol but in all seriousness ive been wanting to pull the trigger for a few months now and i think im finally gonna do so....shit i eat enough egg whites id be stupid not to
AnonLol nope. I just get excited when I find new shit that I like. It's the little things in life, ya know?
