BPC 157 vs TB-500 For anti inflammation

ad

Hi,

For a year I'm suffering with this tendonitis in my wrists/thumb tendons. It's called De Quervain syndrome which is an inflammation of the tendon that connects the thumbs to the wrists.

I received a year ago a cortisone steroid injection which helped for a few months until the pain came back.
Few months later I got the same problem on my other hand.

I tried shockwave therapy which didn't work either.
I don't want to get another cortisone injection and don't want surgery as recovery will take much longer.

I have a CJC 1295 DAC cycle, as well as a few anabolic cycles under my belt.
Now I've been reading into healing peptides for quite a while and come accross BPC 157 and TB500.
I want to try these as a last option before I do surgery.

Which one is most recommended and why? Because both decrease inflammation and promote recovery and healing.
Any suggestion is very welcome so i can leave this damn injury behind

@tatsumaki Yes - you should dilute the BPC157 with 2.5 ml of bac water and inject 1.2 units to the triceps area. Sometimes I'd hit the nerve and my arm was tingly so I switched to s.c. injections on my stomach. Plenty of fat tissue there ha..ha...

Hello - I have the same problem. Been going on since February - very frustrating. Doctor rxd. Diclofenac and said to rest. I ran 4 bottles of BPC157 along with taking 4 grams of MSM daily and 4 grams of Glucosamine/Chondroition and 4 grams of fish oil.

The BPC157 really, really helped a lot. I use wrist wraps to lift and the pain is almost none. It always cracks in the joint (where the thumb connects to the wrist) and that hurts but I'm going light with the biceps curls.

unfortunately my source was not good, they sold me bunk. So in 1 hand I went to get coritsone injection. The other hand got surgery. But luckily both hands are ok for now.
Which source did you use if i may ask?

thanks again for the advice the bpc arrived today. the tb will arrive later but i guess it's ok to start already?
I read to dose twice a day each 200mcg? And I read it's best to inject subQ close to injection site. But in this case, the problem is in my wrist/thumb tendon and the area covering it doesn't have that much skin.
Should i just inject it in the tricep skin area?

thanks for the help bro. It's very appreciated. I hope this stack will help me get rid of this nagging pain forever.

What I've read is that BPC works very well locally. And TB500 works just as well non-local. In other words pin the TB500 where ever and then BPC closer to the injury/inflame area. I am about to run both soon myself
