Hatebreed!
You guys with your ear buds and loud music. I've had to learn how to ask for a spot in sign language. Kinda awkward. Lol!
Anything by Five Finger Death Punch; I watch FFDP's Bad Company music video when I am pushing hard on cardio (treadmill, bike, elliptical, etc). Reminds me of my deployments and my Army buddies.
Whats the best site for downloads? Ive been ripping audio from youtube videos but having difficulty syncing the mp3 files on my player.
Here ya go. Enjoy brother

Metal, Grunge or thumping trance/house for me
Personal faves are SOAD and Limp bizkit.
fave track for that extra boost is full nelson
Any heavy dubstep.
Mines usually revolves around 80's rock and metal
Iron Maiden
Judas Priest
Gary Moore
Metallica
Megadeth
My most modern music is Bullet for My Valentine, Muse, Linkin Park.
I also like some pumping house for time to time and I download mixes from Youtube.
Disturbed radio on Pandora
Plays lots of Disturbed (obviously)
Then you get some...
Nonpoint
Drowning pool
Ministry
You know, all the stuff that makes you want to punch people!
Disturbed is by far my best beast mode booster. although i came across Battlecry- Two steps from Hell album, no lyrics at all but good amp up
Amon Amarth "Deceiver of the Gods"

and the rest of the album...
Pantera
I find that, along with the death metal music, I also like some happy songs mixed in. Songs like Happy by pherell (or however it is spelled), and Now is Forever by Eiffel 65. I also like Between Angels And Insects by Papa Roach, it is a modern look at Vendanta.
Deadlift days it's Terrorfact: The Fine Art of Killing Yourself and Maybe Somebody else or Rythm and Hate or Busket
Any other day it usually Ministry: The Land of Rape and Honey or Stigmata
Anything by Captain and Tennille. lol
For real though the Terminator theme always works.
The Carpenters rocked as well! (Karen Carpenter was ripped as well! Too soon?)...
I thought you like listening to Karma chameleon while on the glute machine.
No, only on the inner/out thigh machine.
NikotaurusRammstein
Dropkick Murphys
Hardbass
Epic Film Music
Underground house music and techno. EDM is the pop of electronica.
I have a few Pandora channels with electronic music, which I've fine tuned for my workouts. Just turn it on and go. I find this music keeps me going, but doesn't distract me either, which I find other music does at times (good songs verses bad songs).
I'm all about the electronic music when lifting too man fit the exact same reason.
TrenboloneSkrillex.
All that Remains ( metal )
Of Mice and Men ( metal? )
The Hustle Standard with Rob Bailey
Metallica
Rocky soundtrack
Slipknot, hatebreed, five finger death punch ,korn
Gotta get some Chemical Brothers on that iPod
Exit Planet Dust was their best album in my opinion. I liked them when they were the Dust Brothers as well.
Didn't realise they were called that before they were the chemical brothers, I'll have to look into the stuff they did then. Haven't heard exit planet dust either, gonna download it now, I got into them from dig your own Hole. Cheers for the info
EDM or rap not that love shit going around these days I'm talking dmx, 2pac, eazy e, etc....
Old school dmx is some good stuff..2 packs can sure turn up the workout!!!! I remember the old school Ronnie Coleman workouts no shirt, 2 pac pumping out loud from the speakers
Ice-T's O.G - Original Gangster album, gotta be one of the best rap albums of all time
What u got for edm... Not my normal cup of protein but always looking for new shit
Hell yes, the golds i go to plays that new rap crap. Had to listen to some shit "chain hang to my ding a-ling, chain hang, chain hang to my ding a ling" i cant deal w that shit.
I like some tupac biggie mashups ive found like "runnin" by those two. Gold.
I knew i was done w rap in colege when i went to a party and a 7 minute song was just "i dont want no cake on my birfday, i want my cake errrr day" over and over and over. No other words just that shit. Irritates the fuck outta me
