I'm making this post to help new and old members out when someone asks for advice on cycles.

1. Click on the persons name and check out their stats.
2. Check to see if there is a cycle history and if not get one form the poster.
3. Check if they posted more then one topic and see if they also added stats to that said post as well.
4. Check to see if magically they lost weight, lost body fat, gained years, older then they say.
5. The funny thing is you will be surprised how dumb some of these guys are that they will post stats on one post and forgot their lie and post totally different ones on another. I don't think I need to give examples as you will see it when you research so I'm not spoon feeding anyone.

I haven't given advice in a while because of these reasons, I have been sitting back and watching because a lot of people thought I was being too harsh to these young guys. Are we not men? Truth should never hurt and if it does then that person is not ready for life because life is about pain and suffering not fkn rainbows and jelly beans. Even on cycle we are pushing ourselves to the limits so we can be bigger badder and stronger, we are not eating a large pizza then pinning test, laying on the couch and thinking it will do all the work. I was never brought up to cry about criticism and get butt hurt over it. The point of the forums is to teach and also to be taught and if you have to be a dick to get shit across then it needs to be done sometimes; otherwise we will have a site filled with tren running 18 year old crosstrainers with similac running down their chins. Lets teach them diet, and training until they reach that potential they could hit with those 2 formulas alone. I'm not condoning being an asshat to everyone; just if you can't get your point across the 1st 7 times then maybe it's time? Thanks for reading my wall of text and let's be safe out here!
