Low dose Test/EQ cycle question concerning IT Band Syndrome..

ad

I have done lower dose cycles before and was pleased with everything. Please do not question my dosing. I play rugby, not looking to get jacked, the EQ helps with conditioning, recovery, and test is needed with EQ. The benefits of test are obvious. Right now I am taking 250mg of Test Cyp and 250mg EQ weekly. I have it planned out and ancillaries if needed and PCT on hand. I also have good supplements to switch to when I get off. Again, I have grown like a weed before with 250mg/week test, and I threw in the EQ this time because of my sport. Also PCT is no issue with this because I am never really shut down too hard.

Question: I have been suffering with some IT Band dysfunction (IT Band Syndrome). Hip gets tight, glute medius not firing properly, pain happens on the lateral part of the knee where the IT band inserts. For the most part I know what to do (mobilizing the hip, hamstring, glute exercises, etc, also some yoga), but could either of these compounds make this worse and/or harder to recover from? I am thinking 100% NO, but I am in season and my mobility is certainly most important for me, followed by fitness, and strength after that. I just would like a relatively knowledgeable opinion. Could either of these compounds be 'tightening' me up to where they are actually a hindrance to recovery? Again, I am thinking NO, but just wanted to double check with ya'll.

Cheers

I can't answer the question with certainty but I can say when I looked into it for my shoulders I figured it was too expensive for me. I think for it to be effective was 10mg a week for at least 5 weeks, I don't remember if that's correct but I used a thing called research at the time when I concluded I couldn't afford it. Try google and the search tool here for dosing.

Sorry Jimmie shoulda known to hit reply...

I have read that sometimes it works much quicker and therefore you don't need as much. I may try around 10mg to see if I can get some relief. Definitely not going to spring for 10mg X 5 weeks right now, though!

Thanks stretch. I will get on ASAP. The stretching, mobilizing, rehab stuff works to a degree, but it has not knocked out the pain yet. Ug. Do you inject TB 500 near the site or just normal stomach injection (sub cu)?

Try some TB 500 for that it band pain. My gal had the same problem. TB500 worked like a charm for her. She has tried everything. One dose and the next morning insant relief.
