+ 1 Cycle for rapid fatloss in women (14weeks)
Hi all,
I have been training for a while and have been thinking of competing. I have made some great gains in the last year. I had my bodyfat taken and was shocked to hear that it was at 26%. Managed to get it done by 1% in 2 week's time. It will not be enough loss per week by the competition date.
The competition is in about 14 weeks and I just need to get my fat done and all will be well. Is there a way I can get my bodyfat down by about 10% before that time?
Also, which gear would you recommend for cutting? I have read up on Winstrol and Anavar but I am not sure which will be best.
I come from a powerlifting background where aesthetics where not such a big thing and I basically ate what I wanted. Have been on a clean diet for over a month, struggling to keep to it though. Lifting weights 5 times a week and have upped my cardio to 30 minute sessions a day, 6 times a week, after my last measurement.
Current stats:
168lbs (76kg's)
5'5 (1,7m)
21 years old
Female
Any advise an how to get my bodyfat down will be appreciated.
TIA

Just curious - what gear do you take?
Okay, thank you for the advise. I agree with what you said about waiting to be ready for the division I want to compete in. I just might get stuck in a division that I do not really want to be in. Thanks again for the advise. I also believe that if I take enough time to prepare, I will enjoy the entire process more as well. So thank you for that eye opener!
I will put up two pics of how I currently look like. The you will be able to see better. (I don't know where they will show up, but you can have a look)
I am looking to ultimately compete is physique/figure. Till I reach that point, I will compete in other categories, working my way up.
At the moment I have oats in the mornings, followed by 3 meals of 100g chicken breasts with 100g sweet potato with each meal. Then I have a whey shake and another 100g of chicken breast and there after another whey protein shake. I do not struggle to keep to the diet, it just gets boring, that is why I mentioned the diet. But I also know it is also just a mindset and that I will get over it.
I have spoken to a number of people and they would not perceive me at such a high body fat when they see me in a bikini. That is the main reason why I have figured to post on a forum to see if somebody else have experienced it too. It is the mirror that counts, aren't I right in saying that?
If you're struggling with diet after only a month competing is not for you. Just saying. You're at the easiest part of a prep. Diet is everything with conditioning. Not drugs. Not cardio. They only assist.
Old Man WinterJessi, what kind of competition? Figure?
A... what are you trying to compete in?
B... your diet should be geared towards losing the fat not the AAS
C.. your body fat is too high for AAS to assist with any noticable cutting ... all you will notice is that you are thicker
D...too much or too high intensity cardio is going to burn up muscle which is going to impede fat loss in the long run
E... the intention of AAS is not fat loss it is to build muscle fat loss is about diet
F... post up what your diet is
G... possibly consider a different competition one in which you have more time to prepare
