ok here we go ive literally finished solid 2 weeks with less than 20g carbs a day 
i look and feel flat as fuk:) but best still to come when load carbs on my holidays which am seting off monday (cuba ye baby ) am running var and winny oral plus gh soon will be swapping for winny inj
i know i have chicken legs lol they are proper shit but when had bad injury i can not train them cos my nerves are conected in wrong places like my doc said so it causes me unbelibevale pain in hips discs etc but overall fuk excuses pushin as hard as i can
