PCT for doing a Test Cyp cycle while doing TRT already

ad

Question:

If one was to have been on HCG three times weekly for the last year for TRT and decides to do a Test Cyp cycle of 500MG twice weekly for ten weeks would they need to do a standard PCT of clomid and/or nolva after the 12 weeks of Test Cyp are done or no?

During cycle said person would still continue on the three weekly HCG shots as normal.

hCG converts to estrogen. Using hCG, while on cycle, is optional, unless your cycle includes a 19-nor compound.

I am guessing he is on TRT and takes hcg for prevention of testicular atrophy? I wonder what his weekly dose of Test is...

I know a friend of my sister used it to lose weight. It made her look completely different. Us guys can use it to reboot hpta, as well. I have had this in the back of mind for a while now because of my low t level. This could be my next intervention, along with clomid and nolva....maybe mcg's of trip...i like aas, but i sure would like to stay in normal range too.

yes so basically if you are on TRT normally with hcg and do a cycle of test then no need for pct. Thanks

Right. You just continue.your TRT dose. No need for PCT. Whats your TRT weekly dose and administration frequency? Like RH said above, do u monitor your BW....?

Are you on TRT? PCT is an acronym for post cycle therapy. The purpose of PCT is to regain natural production of testosterone. If you are on TRT, it's because you are no longer producing adequate levels of testosterone. Which means you don't need Post Cycle Therapy
