500 w/ EQ and 500 test e/w for 12 weeks worth it?

I'm 32 and about 185 lbs and have been working out for about 2 years straight now. This would be my second cycle and actually had a couple bottles of EQ 250 that I wanted to use. I know you are suppose to run EQ for a long time to actually see something from it. I also wanted to finish it off with some Var in the last 4 weeks. Just wanted to run this by the professionals. Thanks Guys

Eq from what I have pulled from this site is best ran 16 to 24 weeks. As for the dose I have had seasoned members tell me 8-900 mg a week and some saying 4-600 is ok for lean to mild mass. Also have read on source sites that anything over 600 is a waste in their opinion on the gear page itself. In short research and compare your findings to what your goal is as others have said.
I know this response wasn't particularly helpful, but I just wanted to share my insight with you from recent eq discussion.
RustyhookerDepends a lot on how new to cycling, foods, gym and quality of ugl. My first run on eq at 400 was awesome! But that brand was very hott and I was newer to gear.
Was that 400/week Rusty? and for how many weeks?
Rustyhooker400 per week of eq was great when younger and fresh receptors. 600 was sweet second time. Just like anything though, if it's lower quality it takes more.

I thought so, I was looking to get a nice lean vascular look with plenty of muscle separation, if that makes sense, going for the look to where all muscles are easily identifiable. also a real drop in body fat and want to increase strength at the same time. Nothing to extreme being that this is my second cycle.
That is all diet. You don't need a fancy cycle to accomplish what you want there. A nice simple cycle will keep you in an anabolic state while you are dieting which will help to preserve the lean mass while you are burning the fat off during your calorie deficit.
Like a 8 to10 week test prop cycle with var to finish it up?
It all depends upon your goals. I would suggest putting up a cycle log and be as detailed as you can with what you want to accomplish with the cycle and lay out your current stats and diet (macro split, calories, etc) so everyone can get some good feedback to you on your proposed cycle and if it will work for what you are trying to do.
That sounds like what needs to be done in order for everyone to better understand what I'm looking for.

I didnt notice much from eq, and I ran it longer and at a higher dose. Are you trying to bulk?
Waste of EQ. Don't run that cycle.
