Chicken breast.. One of the many food sources rich in protein us lifters love! Only problem I find after eating it twice a day for 2 years straight the shit gets kind of boring..
Roll in Maggi bags, these things are the mutt's nuts. Throw 6 breasts into a plastic oven safe bag and add the seasoning (both provided) cook for 50 minutes and bang.. Delicious, succulent, mouth watering chicken ready without any fuss or cleaning up.
Throw them in the fridge for safe keeping, take out when needed, teamed with some 2 minute rice, garden peas and soy sauce you've got yourself a banging meal mate in less then 4 minutes.
