vikes tuna/ soda, tuna tomato juice shake ???

ad

Ive been looking to improve on my dieting knowledge and incorporate more foods into my arsenal. I came across the various viking shakes and im looking to experiment with them all. My next cycle will be a cut so two shakes are standing out to me know. The viking tuna/ soda shake and the tuna/ tomato juice shake. I eat tuna plain straight outta the can mostly, which gets old quick, sometimes ill dab a little ketchup on for flavor. so yea these shakes can definitely help me in a big way.

I believe the recipe for both the soda/ tomato juice is 500ml each serving. Vike said he would down several of these a day when cutting. My concern is soda has alot of sugar/ sodium and tomato juice has alot of sodium as well. Would drinking these shakes with high sugar/ sodium multiple times a day be ok while cutting? Now I know Vikes been in the business longer than ive been alive, and im not doubting his expertise for a second. I always heard alot of sodium/ sugar is bad, im just curious to know the answer and why its ok to have multiple severings of something with high sodium/ sugar daily befores I add these shakes into my plan and start drinking them myself. Thanks.

I must have missed something. You guys are talking about Viking like he's dead. I didn't realize he left eroids.

He was know to love a Pepsi though. He had a mini fridge in his car. True story.

Hell, I love Pepsi. And I love tuna. But if I ever crave a tuna and Pepsi shake, I'll get a pregnancy test.

I don't think so. It actually isn't bad.

Lol. Are you sure. He had kind of a sick sense of humor like that. Lol

Fact is at very least he had to have tried it. He knew that the dash of cinnamon totally masked the tuna.

That's a valid argument. Smile

Vike would always do it with diet pepsi so no sugar. I wish vike was here to answer these questions, but I'm sure as he got closer to his shows he would make changes to drop sodium, or i could be totally wrong. He would never use diuretics or fat burners so he was a master at manipulating his body to drop water naturally. But just see how it goes, if you're retaining alot of water then change some things. Find low sodium tomato juice.
