+ 10 Mature Muscle

ad

My buddy says I need to kick back on the delts cuz they're too big for the rest of me. The top picture looks like my delts are too big for my arms. The weird thing is that my arms look too small when hanging relaxed at my side, but the slightest contraction expands them from 14" to 17"

The next photo, although blurry, shows what I mean...

Thanks, Zanda!
I will accept it and we'll talk soon.
Right now it's time to get some sleep!

I think the 1st pic is just shadowing your bicep. The 2nd pic looks balanced so I would say just keep doing what you are doing because it looks to be working +1

Well thanks, SMH!

Looking superb brother! Masterfully crafted delts with all three heads encompassing proportion! Arms are strong and granite hard! Prominent and pleasing vascularity throughout! I have the same problem as my extremities are long for my torso and more difficult to fill out! Just stay the course, you look fantastic! To reiterate, a stellar representation of us more mature members! Inspiringly accomplished! +2 for an ageless build! Much respect Pound!

Haha!
The Latin isn't too difficult to piece together:
Theophany = A Vision of God.
So, this is a very appropriate name for
"The Eroids God of the Gift of Gab!"
The quintessence of quality, quotable, compliments!
Thanks as always, Theo!

Lol Pound! It would appear I have met my match! :)) Thank you and you are most welcome brother!

With age comes wisdom.
...Or at least its supposed to!

Agreed! :))

I can see what he's saying. It's more of an imbalance with your forearms than biceps / triceps IMO. Nothing to get excited about though unless you're stepping on stage, you've just got strong delts! It's more of an issue for taller guys typically.

Hit some high rep work, 50 rep sets etc to fry those forearms..

PoundForPound's picture

Cool, I'll try it!

I have basically the same problem, shoulders, traps and back grow easily but arms piss me off, lol. Looking lean and mean tho brother, keep killing it.

PoundForPound's picture

Yep, you get it, Rider.
Hell, I should've used the cycle I'm almost through with to focus on my arms way more than torso groups. But damn, I just love working the major compound lifts, ya know?
Maybe that's the reason...?
Naw!
