My buddy says I need to kick back on the delts cuz they're too big for the rest of me. The top picture looks like my delts are too big for my arms. The weird thing is that my arms look too small when hanging relaxed at my side, but the slightest contraction expands them from 14" to 17"
The next photo, although blurry, shows what I mean...

I can see what he's saying. It's more of an imbalance with your forearms than biceps / triceps IMO. Nothing to get excited about though unless you're stepping on stage, you've just got strong delts! It's more of an issue for taller guys typically.
Hit some high rep work, 50 rep sets etc to fry those forearms..

Hell, I should've used the cycle I'm almost through with to focus on my arms way more than torso groups. But damn, I just love working the major compound lifts, ya know?
