Taking small dose of Test every three days. I am loving the results!! Looking for was to keep the short temper under wraps. I dont always know when it is happening, but it has been brought to my attention a few times. I have increased my b complex a few days ago to see if that will help. Looking for new info. You need to read anger management for dummies, it has helped me on and off cycle to keep my temper in check.

yoga... practice enough and you will find that you are breathing without even realizing it .

Aaa yes. I have been trying to add yoga. I use to do it daily when I ran, now I need it because I'm tight.

I noticed that any time I get stressed or my blood pressure shoots up I start breathing ... it has truly helped. I ve only had one melt down and I threw a muscle milk across the room. I don't recommend it .... the bottles are pretty poorly made and the entire top and neck came off spewing chocolate in a 360 degree spray. Just when I think I have cleaned up the last spot, I find more spots ;-(

Funny but not funny! I had a melt down at the house trying to find something. It involve me throwing stuff around

Ill try adding the magnesium and carnitine and see if that helps. I've only wanted to choke a couple of people but didn't. I use to have an anger problem a long time ago. I have found that I need much more rest these days. Have you seen that to be true for you?

add magnesium through epsom salts in a bath ... it is absorped best this way ;-)

I was running test prop at 100mgs EOD and my temper was insane. one minute I was fine the next minute I was snapping. I would recommend a small AI to keep the estrogen at bay. you def don't want to crash your estrogen but keeping it under control is key. on my next cycle I might try a small dose of arimidex or nolvidex or I know that Kodiak grrl has some products that she could recommend to you. hope it gets better you def wanna get on top of that before it gets out of control

Thank you for the input. I really was not aware of my moods until the hubbs pointed it out to me. At this time I'm doing better I think. If I skip a work out i am a bit edgy
