New to Carb Cycling

ad

What's going on everyone, just wanted to post and hear some feedback from people who have experience in this area. I am wanting to try a carb cycling diet, but am having a hard time finding the right amount of carbs for low and high carb days along with how it lines up with my workout schedule. I am currently 6'1, 220lbs with around 9% bodyfat. My training regime is a 5-day split consisting of;

M-Shoulders
Tu-Back
Wed-Legs
Thu-Chest
Fr-Tri/Bi

And this will alternate every so often but that is my split. I'm having a hard time what days to do a low carb (170c) and high carb (400c) on which days. I will also be doing a no carb or 30c or less day on Sunday when not training.

My goal is to put on size and also decrease body fat. My overall caloric intake is 2900 on low and 3000-3100 on high days.

If anyone has any insight to this overall plan and split, i'd love to hear some feedback from the ones who have attempted carb cycling and if they have seen positive gains, OR if counting macros and having a set ratio everyday (excluding non-training days) is better off.

Personally I believe your 3 biggest days are in a row.

I'd change the split so that leg and back day were at the ends of the split and they were your 2 high carb days.

Low the shoulder/chest/arm days

No or below 30g on non training days.

But it depends on what time of day you train.

If you train first thing in the morning id suggest high carb the day before leg and back day.

I know you did lol, i'm simply getting more input in the fat loss section to see if I can gather other information on the topic. I never just use one source, I like to see and hear feedback from multiple people and put all the information together to conclude a solid plan. As for your response, you will be receiving a reply from me with some questions regarding more on the subject. Sorry if I had offended you by writing this?
