x2, the sp tbol is great... so great i had to tone my normal dose down because back pumps were fucking awful. 1 set of deadlift then I couldnt stand up straight lol
AnonDamn really? How much do you run? Never had sp tbol before, but I run between 60-80mg of others. Guess ill start at 60 and see how it goes.
other ugls i ran 75mg in split doses... this stuff I was at 40mg and that was the most I could take. everyones different but get some taurine and stay hydrated it helps but damn do they suck lol
