Pack landed a some days ago. There was a mixup in the order. Yoked has been more than professional throughout the whole thing, there was a bit of a delay in the delivery but yoked stayed in touch the whole time and is going to donate some products to me because of the order error. At first I was a little worried because Yoked is always on time and by that I mean it takes about a week from the day the donation is processed to the day you'll receive your gear. But with the specials he was running I figured he probably got really busy and not to mention the website problems, all in all yoked is a stand up guy and I would recommend his place to anyone interested in getting a reliable source with an excellent product. let me make this clear. this person is not getting "freebies" because of the wait. he is only getting what he purchased. there was a mix up on his order and we are now reshipping him what he paid for. as for delivery time. sir you ordered during a big promo and also during the holiday season. things/packs dont move fast during the holidays and may take longer to ship due to the high volume of orders due to the promo. as for the crashed gear, that is due to change of temperature and other factors. when your product leaves our hands it is not crashed unless otherwise stated on the website. many members including myself have given you options on how to re suspend the compound. im sorry your order took as long as it did to reach you but we can not control the speed at which it is delivered. also everyones shipping cost is the same unless you do our bulk orders. if i can help you in any other way let me know
