hcg at end of cycle

I ve read so much about using hcg and how to use it that im confused .this is where im at its the last week of my 12 week test e only cycle so 3 weeks untill pct starts , this is my first injectable cycle 350mg test e per week ive put on about 16 lb ive used .25mg adex from week 3 im 45 years 5 10 and 88 kg bf about 16% .....my question is should I use hcg at this late stage if so at what dose , I have 5000ius to hand any advice would be welcome thanks

i blasted the last 4 weeks with hcg my last cycle and it worked great.
with using just test at the dosage u said, its not a hardcore cycle and you should recover just fine running a standard pct but in case you did want to incorporate hcg:
get some BAC water mix it up. all it can do this late in the game is wake your nuts up and start them producing lh before you hit them with your SERMS. in other words it cant hurt. since you only have 3 weeks left i would pin 500iu 2x/week and then do 500iu eod the last week leading up to pct. then run your pct: clomid, toremifene (or tamoxifen) and aromasin.
my favorite pct: clomid 100/100/50/50 toremifene 120/120/60/60 aromasin 12.5/12.5/6.25/6.25

no, do NOT use adex during pct. it is a type ll inhibitor meaning it blocks the estrogen receptor, once discontinued all that estrogen built up is free to attach to all the clear receptors it wants and you will have estrogen rebound. gyno, acne and a bunch of other undesirable sides if you use a type ll during pct, that includes letro. what you need is a suicide inhibitor for pct like aromasin, this type l inhibitor actually binds to the estrogen and renders it inactive so there is no rebound, your estrogen simply rises back to normal levels once discontinued
btw look into fareston (toremifene) for a replacement for nolva during pct in the future. it is a far superior product imo
AnonThat pct should work fine. Dont run adex in pct.
AnonI dont think its necessary for the cycle you are running. You should recover just fine from the pct rusty laid out for you.

RustyhookerDid your nuts shrink badly? If not, on a base cycle good quality pct of Nolvadex and Clomid gets em back. If shrunken there's the blast method. It's posted many times on here. Magnifying glass up top. Or Google Llewellyn hCG blast. I forget the numbers on blast. I run it a bit different.
Clomid 100..100..50..50
Nolvadex 40...40...20..20
That's the 4 week pct basic.
Nuts shrunk s little but nothing major , ill save the hcg for naxt time , thanks for your help mate
