The superdrol is potent stuff. I ran this for a kick starter with my last cycle for 4 to 5 weeks at 20mg a day. 10mg morning 10mg afternoon for pre workout. Just start at 20mg a day and see how you go. I tried 30mg a day twice and had to drop back to 20mg as it made me feel really tired and sick in the guts all day. Just have to find your sweet spot. +1

I ran about 500mcg a day for a Lil while a year ago from another source and the gains were amazing. No pain and cut me up at the same time. Noticeable changes literally everyday. Can't wait to try this one out!!!
