Is N2guard legit?
ad
I have read the post about N2guard that has blood work but I am looking for more people who have used it to see if it is actually worth the hefty price tag?
Good multi vitamin but damn 80 bucks for a vitamin?
Just wondering if how many people use it and if its worth taking while one cycle?

I don't buy any assist product. I occasionally pop a multi if the other half has any lying around. Definitely save the cash for some beef.
I completely agree that it's snake oil like all the other crap I took when I was young and dumb.
Appreciate the responses.
I am not sure about most of the multis out there but universal nutrition animal flex packs have really helped out my joints. At least from my experience it is much better than standard glucosamine like the bio flex I used to take.
Yeah I see the other boards where that's all
They recommnend. I see a bunch of people on here who lost it in there cycles, so I was just wondering if it was one worth it. Or just a multi vit.
oh man i just joined some other board where they push this shit so hard it makes you think it has to be garbage.
Honestly , vitamins are vitamins. You don't need to spend all that money on shit that is nothing more than a gimmick. When they say they added amino acids like argenine alpha ketogluterate (N02) ,they fail to mention that argenine is completely ineffective unless it's got the proper delivery system attached. Like the esterfied versions of creatine as opposed to the monohydrate powders. It works so much better and there's a reason for it that I won't get into because ive already gotten side tracked enough. Point being, they can add shit to the list of ingredients to jack up the price. But if the additions are things like "Vitamin B-12 1000%" then you know it's bullshit because it just isn't absorbed that way in the body. Oral administration is pointless with that particular vitamin as with some others. So I say leave it on the shelf and buy megamen or something simple for $20 or less. There isn't any proof that supplementing vitamins works either but until they prove to be ineffective ,I buy them.
GearofWarAgreed and well said. The only vitamins I really bother with are the sublingual versions as I feel as if I'm getting more into my system via that ROA. But I'm totally in agreement with Nitti about high falutin' vitamins with over-inflated price tags not being any better than a generic or low cost option vits. But I too continue to take them. I supplement quite a bit so it gets pricey. Save your $$ man and don't believe the hype. All of the ingredients they dump into that particular product are unusable due to ineffectual delivery systems used for absorption into out bodies. Nitti is the man
Well there is a supplement manufacturer out there that makes a real chelated multi mineral supplement with decent bio availability. I only know of one brand and it took me a long time to find it. Expensive? Extremely. Did I notice a difference in the way I felt and my performance after taking it a few months? Yes. Did I do labs checking the levels of many of the minerals? Yes. I think there is legitimate product on the market nowadays. Finding it is a chore.
But are they worth it?
