kidney values high, what's best support?

Hi guys had some tests done and kidney came back at 120 ng/ml apparently that of a 50 year old.
Any of you guys recommend any otc supplements or vitamins to support kidney?

You stated that your kidney values were out of range and then you asked for help with liver values, which one is it???

hopefully it helps... obviously high protein and 10g creatine doesn't help
