Chilling brother, enjoying some much needed time off. These last 3 months I have been working my ass off and have lost a lot of gains from my summer bulk unfortunately due to under eating a under lifting...Hard to balance life and the gym sometimes. But things should be getting easier from here on out my man! How you been? Quest to 300 lbs still going strong?
Yea man I know working and try to hold weight can be hard at times but you be able to shake back in no time .yea I am still going for that 300 man just taking it slow you know was going to add slin but decided to wait for right now .You doing anything holidays
