A friend mine send me this picture from 2012... so I got my Hulk costume and take a pic today just to compare... LOL... the costume did not fit anymore....
Like I said.. the first pic is from 2012.. diabetes was out of control and I had stoped workout for years... My weight was 196 lb..
Today I'm very proud of my gains... with correct training and diet I'm sitting on 273lb with 3 weeks out from my current cycle.

your stats say 233 so i assume the 273 is a typo? if not, i gotta go hmmm. even though hard to say cause frankly cant see squat but im your height and my frame appears larger.

And yes.. is hard to believe I think.. I don't know why is so hard.. lol...
I'm diabetic and everyone knows how powerful insulin is to build muscles and gain fat.. a lot retention and fat... but like I said.. the real gain will show up weeks after the pct... And I'm 6'2" (1.92cm)

The hulk!!!! Hell yeah! I had 2 sick haloween costume this year. Mike Tyson and superman. I might post a photo of them who knows lol.

sm4llYes...I've never hit this weight before.. And I'm sure a lot retention and fat came with this last cycle/diet... but the real gain I will see few weeks after the PCT.
