Here's a back shot from the ********* Muscle that I did this past weekend. Got 9th in my class out of 29. Now on to improvement season for the next 7 months before I do another show.

Thanks, Bro! We're going to try and work on them lower lats a little bit more to make them look a little longer and add to the V-taper. I had already thought about that before I posted it. But if LE has nothing else better to do than look up a physique dude then they've got some serious issues. Lol.

You never know brotha. As far as lower lats try seated cable rows while sitting on a dumbbell...helps me to target that tie in and make the pop away from the erectors

I'll give those a shot. You could probably do those standing up and lower a pulley all the way down and get the same effect. Hhhmmmm....:-/
