I placed my order through EK in the beginning of August and after 2 very frustrating back to back seizures and months of waiting EK finally came through! Im starting my cycle a month later the planned and this was one of the more frustrating purchases I have made and far from a smooth transaction but the bottom line is EK has good customer service and did what it took to make things right and got me the gear I paid for.

3rd shipp (slow boat) made it through customs and like they say better late then never.
