+ 5 Hope for Ectomorphs

ad

I have been meaning to post a before/after pic for some time now. I am classic ectomorph...spent a number of years competing at high level distance running and triathlon. This is proof that how you train and what you eat can overcome--to some extent--genetics. With some modern science applied. The first picture was about ten years ago. I got serious about lifting about 6 or 7 years ago and AAS for the past 18 month.

Clearly an epic transformation and physical transcendence! Stoically accomplished! +1 for your undeniable drive, supreme dedication and unparalleled commitment! Amazing! I wish I could + you more, you're so deserving for your strenuous efforts!

Thank you T for your very kind words. I ran XC/track and swam in high school and college. Both came pretty easily for me. The move to lifting has been a challenge, and when I see the changes, they are very rewarding. But I don't have to tell you that Smile

I have a similar history. I weighed 125# when i joined the army at 18 years old. I was a runner as well. I'm sitting at around 200#s now at the age of 40. Great job on your progress. Keep it up bro. +1
