I notice when a girl makes eye contact with me when I am out somewhere while on cycle she continues to look directly at me while I make my way toward her to initiate conversation. I can be on the other side of the room. It's like she's afraid if she looks away I will head in a different direction. She sees my confidence and I can see she wants me. I do not hurry or walk extra slow, I know I got I'm gonna pull this girl and she does too.

I think it's a combination of confidence, looking larger/better, and possibly our "smell" on cycle. I think all these things can be synergistic and have a greater effect than just a smell or any of the others alone. You feel and look better, you're going to be more confident and more outgoing. To me that is the biggest part of this.
