Maybe order didnt go through? I usually get an instant email correspondence with any order / update on order from them. Their system is about as close to flawless as it gets. You should have got an order number, if you did, you are good. Also check on your personal info. in your account, maybe your email address is not correct or something? Just trying to help.

AnonI just looked into it and it's not his fault. He did use the update form correctly but the response was sent back incorrectly through email (which goes directly back to us and into the spam box).
So for you guys that gave him a thumbs down, undo it. It was just confusion

If you have something important regarding an order to say, use the update form to say it.
I just checked the email myself and there was an image sent yesterday that filled our inbox, so anything sent over the last day was probably undeliverable.
Emails get checked periodically, every day when we can but every other day when shit gets busy. Communications from orders are checked multiple times a day. Also it helps keep track of conversations when you use the order update, I remember answering 100 emails a day and never knowing what people were talking about since I had already purged that conversation from my memory before hitting the send button.
In short, use communications not email
