Strength/Mass Gains & Ejaculation

Hey guys,

as most of you know, I'm new to the forum. I've been lurking around here for a while, but decided to sign up last week. I've got a question that I've asked several of my buddies, and have gotten several varying responses in return. The question is 'does ejaculation limit/prohibit strength or mass gains?'

I've heard people say that it does, since it releases testosterone from the body and I've heard other say that it actually increases gains since it forces the body to produce to more testosterone.

Curious as to what the general forum insight is.

Well that depends. The real serious guys will finsh into a cup and mix it with their protein shakes so they don't waste the testosterone. Each time you cum you lose exactly 10.25679mgs of testosterone. So do that 10 times a day and it's like you're on 100mgs of test ed.

The answer to you question is simple,The amount of gains that it may or may not hinder is so minute.You really could not measure it....Now as far as energy in the gym to pushg through the workout is actually up the person some work better "full" others dont LoL
