Anabolic Threshold and dosing less often

Hey guys,
So I don't want to open Pandora's Box and get everyone in a flame war, just curious what people think of this "theory"
The posted Link will detail the gist of the Anabolic Threshold theory.
The basic premise is dosing all your gear at once vs throughout the day, or week. i.e. 30mgs of Dbol in morning vs 10,10,10mg througout the day. The idea is to spike the available adrogens to a higher concentration.
I know it goes against the norm of keeping a level baseline but give it a chance and let me know what you think.
Experiences with single vs multi dosing welcome.

All you need to learn is basic half-lives for your "Dbob" and things!....... your post has nothing to do with the Anabolic Threshold theory to be honest.

My problem bro is what he is saying on the videos is not what happens mathematically. I could generate another graph of once a week injections to compare what you see below and the hormone level doesn't rise nearly as much as with multiple injections per week. If the theory is to jack the hormone level higher and higher till you saturate the AR which he says happens right away yet there are other receptors in the muscle tissue that we don't understand that take the "spill over" and cause hypertrophy in the anti-catabolic environment that AAS provides that would be best accomplished by using long estered compounds with frequent injections as we know from experience. A once a week injection ain't gonna do jack. Bringing the circulating hormone level high enough to hit some kind of anabolic threshold requires a lot of pinning.

What the video is saying is downright wrong. The following is a graph of Test E injected e3d for 30 days. As you can see, since the injection schedule is shorter than the compound half-life of 10.5 days, the Test E builds in your system and surpasses the anabolic threshold. If it were injected every 7 days it would not build very fast at all. Orals work the same way.
Ive always took my orals spread throughout the day untill I realized they were killing my appetite. I played around with doses and still no appetite. Finally I switched to taking the same dose I was taking all day but I took it pre workout and boom appetite was back in full force and strength gains/ pumps were back. Im not saying this is the best way because I thonk steady blood levels are important but for me eating is far more important.

Ive used anadrol, d bol, winstrol, and s drol. All orals kill my appetite. I will say that if I ever use winstrol again on a cut that I will use them spaced throughout the day to help control my appetite.
Some people do like to take all there dbol at once like preworkout for tha huge spike. I'm gonna experiment a little in the winter and try it for a week as opposed to 3x ed

No mood swings, zits and fatigue for this guy even if it works and im not saying it will. Even hormone levels is my choice...
I dont have enough education to say one method is better than the other. however, from what i understand its better to elevate your hormone levels and keep them as steady as possible. I believe that fluctuations creates more possibility to have side effects for instance gyno.
Im sure someone with far more experience than me will chime in soon and school us.

Well that's really the point of his video, that this Anabolic Threshold system is long lost old school information that has been dismissed by the newer generations, who now preach "keeping bloods stable" as the best method. Nevertheless, interesting info. I would be interested in trying it out.
