Just wondering if anyone has tried GW 501516 and if so what your opinion is. I have read nothing but stellar reviews regarding endurance enhancement (which is why i am thinking about taking it) but the only negative thing i read is that it may have caused cancer when dosed on rats for long-term studies.

I'm running 10mg a day right now of gw everyday. I'm on a heavy tren and winstrol cycle and I'm taking it in hopes of helping my cholesterol stay in better shape. I'll get blood work done soon and I'll see if it really does help with the cholesterol as much as its claimed to!

So Glasko Smith Kline completely dropped the testing on this peptide completely due the cancer in the test subjects.

Just a couple sentences in the wikipedia description of the stuff is enough to make me wonder;

why would you use this stuff?

I'll keep looking into it, but the little I've read is all negative.

"The encouraging results from the Phase 2 clinical trials with GW501516 have been shadowed by the preclinical toxicology findings. There are several conflicting studies showing the direct effects of oral dosing rats and mice of GW501516 leading to either the induction or in- hibition of carcinoma (Table 3). Looking closely at the experimental de- sign it seems that there is a direct correlation between dose and outcome, with doses of GW501516 10 mg/kg/day for 6 weeks inducing detrimental side effects such as rectal bleeding in mice (Gupta et al., 2004) and at 10 to 100 mg/kg/day for 104 weeks in rats and mice devel- oping tumours throughout the body (Geiger et al., 2009; Newsholme et al., 2009) and 30 to 275 mg/kg leading to placental malformation in rats (Nishimura et al., 2013). In these animals, this high dosing would lead to agonists reaching the μM range, and therefore the non- genomic and off target effects of PPARβ/δ agonists become apparent. On the other hand, similar or lower doses of GW501516 (2 to 10 mg/ kg for 5 weeks) lead to the inhibition of chemically induced carcinomas in mice when dosed for up to 22 weeks (Marin et al., 2006; Hollingshead et al., 200, and inhibit growth of human cancer cell lines (Bility et al., 200. Mice orally dosed with 4 mg/kg/day become more metabolically active (Lee et al., 2006); at 2 mg/kg/day mice, re- cover from chemically induced non-alcoholic steatosis (Nagasawa et al., 2006) and ApoE−/− mice exhibit significantly reduced lesions (Barish et al., 200)

So, to simply put it, with large doses caused cancer development but with low doses caused decreased cancer development and increased metabolism and endurance. you need to notice that they were dosing upwards of 100mg per "KG"! A rat does not weigh much, at all. There have been numerous studies that 10-20mg ED for humans (hypothetically, of course) has done exactly this. Those who abuse (any substance honestly) will see the harsh negatives, such as cancer. Do some more research, there is a ridiculous amount out there for this substance and "lab test" responsibly!

So I did some more research for another guy asking about this and I kinda stumbled on something. This is what I posted about the same research I have you.

"So, on the contrary, the highest dose given to the rats was 100mg per kg, which is only .1g per kg of weight. Now even the heaviest lab rat breeds (the zucker) get to about 2.2lbs aka 1kg. So no they were not given "grams"of the compound, only a tenth of a gram.

Now their best results (reduction in cancer, increase stamina, increased metabolism, etc.) and safest, was at 2mg-10mg for 5 weeks. 2mg/kg/ED. So 1kg is 2.2lbs, say you way 220lbs, that makes you 100kg, bringing it to 200mg ed, however, 1kg rat is double the average. Let's cut that in half. So technically you should take 100mg.. NOT 20mg. That's as far as the study goes, but agree to disagree."

So I did my math right and if you want to get technical and covert what the rat took to human (they don't say what type of lab rat so we'll go with the average .5k) It should be 100mg most people say 20mg does nothing. By the math it would mean optimal use for 20mg you would have to weigh under 80lbs...That might be why. Even at 160lbs optimum use is 50mg. Some say otherwise. Not sure where 20mg came from (ill search a little more) but theoretically by the math it should be higher.

Yea they are, now that gylan demelli gnome is done kissing their ass and now he's preaching this new company called pure essence sarms claims their the most advanced company with the best sarms ever. Wonder how much they pay him. It's funny he always talks about every steroid and having ran it yet he looks like he's an emeciated malnourished centipede of a man
