+ 19 my transformation.

ad

First pic is early 2008 about 160 lbs. 2nd pic is current. About 235. Made it to 257 at one point mid 2012 and was all natural. Gained around 100lbs in a year and a half natural. Not kidding. Then turned to the dark side and cut a bunch of fat and added some good muscle and strength.

I'm late to the party but I had to acknowledge your hard work and dedication brother BB. it takes a lot to flat out impress me bro, yeah many guys jump up start a training regimen, eat so-so, pin a bunch a gear and put on 30lbs then they stall out and get stuck due to the fact they solely rely on the chemicals, never learn the finer details such as isolating the muscle, finding that mind to muscle connection, and dialing in proper nutrition. I see this is not the case here, we have similar builds however I started at a lean body mass weight of 190 not 160. just WOW brother, your looking phenomenal, big, dense, hard as nails. keep up the great works Bear. +1

birdbear27's picture

Thanks Superman my brother. I agree 100% I've seen way too many dudes go down that road and then give up completely when they can't hang without gear. I've always believed you have to earn it before you can step up to the next level. You can't go jumping to level 10 if you've barely passed level 2, you'll get slaughtered. Those 16 months of my lifting career were some of the most fun and rewarding times for me. When youre gaining weight that fast you can literally watch yourself grow week by week. And we all know how it felt when you see your first new development. I had 64 weeks straight of that feeling. And I'm very happy that I can say I built it all naturally during that time. Thanks for your words brother I really appreciate it.

it's obvious you trained hard and ate the right macros, so +1.. even mesomorphs don't put on size that quickly

Thanks a lot man. I'm sort of an ecto meso combo. So I had to eat a lot. And still do. But what I gain stays on well. But persistence, knowledge and dedication is the key as always. Appreciate the props man.

That's what I'm talking about, not sure about the 100 lbs in a year and a half, but you def look a hell.of alot better +2

birdbear27's picture

Thanks a ton man. Yeah the heaviest I got was 257 before I decided it was time to lean out. That was about a year and a half maybe a little closer to 2 years after starting at 160. By no means was that all clean weight. I was a fat muscled up bastard. But size was my only goal at the time.

Used various other local labs prior to finding eroids and uncle yoked's heavenly golden nectar. Let me know what ya think eroiders.
