Ugh. Please be gentle. I've put on 15 lbs, of which some is water weight and the rest is ice cream and chicken cheese steaks. I went pretty ape shit for the first 5 days post show and ate everything I wanted- yeah, not a good idea. I had a pretty gnarly edema in my feet and calves. Lesson learned- do not eat your face off.
This is basically my starting point for offseason. I'm lifting much heavier now that I have some energy and I'm looking to maintain until August when I start a bulk (cycle is in ladies lounge).
