12 hrs a day in the oil field! Who knows an easy way to get in good cals?

Having trouble bulking while out in the oilfield sweating my ass off! High calorie protein shakes make me sick due to heat! I need a good food source that doesn't require cooking. Any help would be appreciated. I'm currently using pink salmon for my meals but not enough cals and way too much sodium!

I always recommend whole foods but in your case this may help. When I'm on the go, I whip up some protein powder into a thick pudding consistency and put in little tupper wear bowls in a little Cooler like 2 scoops per container. Then I bring a bag of rice cakes ( caramel and apple cinnamon yum). I dip the rice cakes in the " pudding and eat it" it's a delicious treat, easy to carry, no heating needed and your getting your protein and carbs.

Make some jerky bro beef turkey and chicke. Marinate it in all kinds of goodness dehydrate it and bring a sandwich bag full daily

Try grinding up some shakes and substituting the protein with egg whites. As long as you can keep it cool though. When im bulking and know im not gonna have a chance to eat ill use my magic bullet grind of a cup of egg whites 2 cups of oats and use some mct oil and it comes out to a little over 500 calories, you get fat protein and carbs in there. And no bloat! Get creative with it and make you up something like that
