Testosterone levels before cycle... calculation help needed!
Originally had a blood test scheduled before cycle started but Dr rescheduled last minute and since I already had cycle laid out and planned to start on a certain day I went ahead and pinned that night and figured it wouldn't have a big impact on results do to the long ester in testoviron depot. Well around 36hrs later I had bloods done. Later that day I felt really great as far as mood change and overall feeling was and started researching on the release of the ester and found this....
The ester enanthate is seven carbons in length. Due to this length the majority of the compound is stored in the adipose tissue when injected intramuscularly. In doing so it is steadily released over a period of time. A peak in the blood level of the compound is reached after 24-48 hours after the injection followed by a slow decline. This requires that a user wait about fourteen days after the last injection to begin their post-cycle therapy to ensure that the compound has completely cleared the system of the user.
Well that being said I flipped out and was worried about my test levels being to high and drawing attention and in the long run messin with my ability to get covered by health insurance and such. Man I went all kinds a crazy on researching what was gonna happen to me and even went as far as canceling the labs but they had already been sent off......fuck it what's done is done.
Waited a couple days and the doc called with results but I let it go to voice mail lol I was flipping outon what I was gonna say so I didn't even wanna chance the conversation. Well a couple of days later she called(voicemail again lol) and said she was gonna be out on vacation the next week and would like me tocome in to discuss results. Well heck yeah I'll just goup there and get a copy of them while she's gone. I need help estimating how much that 250mg injection of testoviron depot could have affected the test results because if the it was at Its peak then you would think my testosterone would have been higher right! If this is true then my theory on my levels being low before cycle could be correct! Thanks guys for your input!

I don't think you can come up with an accurate number. This test is useless as a pre cycle blood.

Still confused a little though... might just say I was around a 400ng/dl. This was pretty good though about learning the pharmacokinetics of different esters!

If this is right then I'd probably expect around 80-100ng/dl for a peak on a 250mg injection correct?
If you lined up 10 people, you'd get 10 different results, some vastly different. It's a hormone, doesn't work with a level of predictability that can be calculated.
believer_84Well put bro, I just figured there would be a significant rise but all in all I'm glad it didn't peak out at a crazy 1000 especially when I set the appointment up because I was showing signs of low test haha. Thanks for the help guys. Glad my future in health insurance coverage is okay......well unless Obama keeps effing it up anyway!
We all respond differently, on 100mg 1 guy might be 1300 and the next only 400. I wouldn't expect it much higher then 1000 IF that. And it's not that far fetched to say you have been taking a test booster from gnc and that's why your a little higher. Hell high normal for some labs is 1147. That's still considered normal range. Others are 827 max. So as long as your not over like 1200 which doubt you will be even close to that just say you were taking a test booster from gnc.
