LOL It took a while to get fixed right. I'm still new. this is my 4th cycle but the rest were crap. I dont wanan talk about them. I did Tren twice with test prop + a little comid/nolva but it was shit. I know completely wrong. I also triend a 8-wk deca @ 400 and it was shit too. ( 2 years ago)

My diet is on point and have been prepping for 2 months already.
It's pretty much the zyzz

Meal 1 – 6 boiled Eggs, 2 cups of Oatmeal and a Protein Shake
Meal 2 – 300g Chicken Breast (boiled) Broccoli and Brown Rice
Meal 3 – 200g Tuna chunks in spring water, mixed with Spinach Leaves, and Wholemeal Pasta
Meal 4 – Stir fry Beef/Kangaroo Mince with some vegetables
Meal 5 – Steak or Kangaroo and Brussels Sprouts
Meal 6 – 4 scrambled Eggs and some Salmon
Meal 7 – One cup of no fat Cottage Cheese 10m before bed

3 protein shakes throught the day depend which meal.

Isolate whey
*possibly creatine ( anyone reccommend?)

Well I have extreme ADHD.

I understand. I should have posted all my stats in the chart but I was relying on a BRO to come through at the gym. I;m glad I now have a solid plan and can keep tabs of myself. All of this stuff was planned, PCT,Nolva if I go gyno. But I WAS going to use NPP. I'm dropping that and am going to do Sustanon only.

you changed your nolva to 10mg but now I see you have it back at 20 mg.... Just do what we say man. Don't go changing anything around.
Rustyhooker is right this isn't the ideal cycle for you. But this is the safest one I can think of from what you were going to run.
SO run it if you will, but train hard and adjust your diet accordingly. Something that worked for someone else may not work for you.

Well someone said keep it a 20mg for the last 2 but ok. Ill drop to 10 and run the sustanon.

This is aziz "zyzz" shavershians exact diet and training routine that he posted during his interview with simply shredded. This might HAve worked for well for zyZz but how do you know its the best workout for you. I really don't think your ready for this st all man especially 19-Nors like nandrolone. And where's the dopamine agonist? Do you rven know what I'm talking about? I don't wanna come off as a dick but this could easily go south very very quickly. Before I add a new drug to a cycle I spend months and months reading aBout it, reading cycle logs, asking guys about the experience and it's obvious you didn't do that as you would have easily came across the basic fact that a dopamine agonist is necessary with 19-nor.

Most of us guys here have a diet and training plan that we've created and adjusted overtime that works best for our body's. We didn't just copy and paste someone else exact plan, meal for meal, set for set. You need to know what works best for your body. This just makes me extremely worried.

For sure, I understand. But I have followed this meal plan for 2 months shredded already and now gonna give it a shot with my cycle. If it doesn't work, I will obviously change. As far as I'm concerned I have been having gains and success in the gym with this diet alone. That doesnt mean I eat eveything the whole time like zyzz did. It's merely sample... But I'm very close and its working.

Ive planned for this cycle 3 months now, got my nutrition in the park and my training in the park. Not 2 days... I only took NPP out because several people have advised against it. I'm gonna give the test only a shot and see how it goes. If my eating inst working i fill it more but for now I have a solid plan.

This needs to be completely dialed in before you start a cycle. On cycle is not the time to be fixing you diet. every time you make an adjustment it takes atleast a week or more to see if it produced the desired results. So if your diet doenst work and you have to make an adjustment, you just lost a week or two of progress, and if that adjustment wasn't enough then you just lost another week or two etc. So now you just wasted 1/3 of your cycle. Make sure everything is dialed in perfectly before you ever start. Like i said before my advice is to stop now, and wait atleast a month. Read read read and read some more. Make sure you gaining weight naturally and carry that plan into the cycle. And then theres adjustments that need to be made as your weight increase so you can continue to increase and progress on cycle. Theres just to much for me to say and my wrist is tired from typing. Abort mission bro.

Ya i changed that, thought you were this other dude who kept putting up different proposals. Im glad your gonna drop the npp as i believe if you did the proper research about it yo would have easily came across the information regarding 19-nors raising levels of prolactin and the need for a dopamine agonist.

And if this is a first cycle it should always be test only, and sust imo is the worst test you could be using as a first cycle so if you haven't made the purchase yet i would opt for test e or c. Much easier to keep blood levels stable.

No I haven't done proper research for NPP. It was recommended by someone that took it who im training with. Was not told about a dopamine agonist. Is there a quick easy one you recommend if I were to take it?

No man I'm not gonna, cause that would insinuate that you still plan on using the npp which i do not approve of. I do not approve of you running any cycle at this moment. You need more time to learn. You'll thank me later if you stop now and wait a few months and read and learn how to properly execute a cycle.

Drugs in the 19-nor family should be left alone until you get atleast 5-6 cycles under you belt ideally. And honestly for the average gym rat its never necessary. Only add compounds when you literally cannot gain another single ounce of muscle from just test. Test is all most of us will ever need to reach our goals. So get rid of the npp, you can get wherever you want with just test. Im sorry if I sound like an asshole, these are very powerful hormones and i are not to be taken lightly, I don't wanna see you fuck yourself up.

DO NOT run 200mg of clomid and 80 mg of nolvadex ED for 2 weeks. Those doses are for 1 day. Front load to shock your body in producing natural levels again. After the high first day dose, you half it for the next 10 days. and again for the next 10 days. SEE ABOVE!!
