Having alot of fun with this diet. It makes things so much more interesting. Especially on carb up day. Been running low dose test e, courtesy of s4u promo, 40mg oral winstrol, a long with cjc 1295, ghrp2, hgh fragment. Then cycling t3 and clen 2weeks on 2off. Hitting the gym twice daily, one session weight training, one session 40-60 min liss stairclimber.

I keep it pretty strict for the most part. Everyday is pretty much the same foods made different. Eggs, hamburger, Turkey burger. I use alot of different oils to keep my fat calories up, flaxseed oil, wheat germ oil, macadamia nut oil, walnut oil, almond oil hazelnut oil. And just interchange them in my pre workout shake and at night before bed. If im looking for something sweet ill make a pancake with defeated peanut butter flour and protein powder with an egg and coconut milk. Topped off with some Walden from no cal. chocolate or Carmel dip with some Nuts N More protein peanut butter. Im aim for 250 protein, 150 fat and under 40 carbs which has gotten pretty easy. I only carb up for 12 hours on Sunday with dextrose and waxy waive in my cereal, oatmeal and frozen yogurt. I dont go crazy with the carbs. U gotta find ur own tolerance for them. Mine is pretty low. I like the diet much more than a regular carb heavy diet. Everything just seems to pop much more and the food is more enjoyable. I use cron o meter app to track macros.

Working on it. Still a little work to be done. But am pleased with how well this diet fits me. And if I need to get buff.... just add carbs. Lol
