+ 11 coming off a cycle and training after cycle
HOW TO COME OFF A CYCLE AND KEEP YOUR GAINS
If you already know any thing about Anabolic steroids, you will know that steroids should be used in “cycles”. A steroid cycle is a limited time period in which steroids are used while a goal is being achieved LIKE gain strength, gain mass, or lose fat). During this period an individual’s natural hormone production will be suppressed; their cholesterol profile will almost certainly be adversely affected, and their blood pressure will probably rise. As such, when this limited periods of use ends it is important to take time off from the gear.
Starting with pct.
NOVADEX CLOMID
40mg 100MG
40mg 100MG
20mg 50MG
20mg 50MG
starting 2 to 3 weeks after last injection when using long esters in your cycle, so say some one did a 8 week first cycle using testosterone enanthate
Well, pct (post-cycle therapy) would not begin until week 11 or 12, because large amounts of a relatively long acting steroid like enanthate would still be in the body in weeks 9 and 10: there is no sense in starting pct with the objective of stimulating natural testosterone production, while large amounts of a steroid are still in the body, keeping natural production firmly shut down. If pct lasted 4 weeks it would not be over until the end of week 14 -15 . So time on + pct would equal number of weeks u should wait before next cycle meaning that the individual should take at least 14to 15 weeks off before cycling with steroids again.
NOW the next part training drop the volume of your workouts. no more two hour intense workouts, because all that will happen is cortisol levels will shoot up, and with little testosterone to begin with, over training can diminish it even further. this will throw you into a completely catabolic state. so, i keep my workouts intense as hell still, but no longer than an 1:15 to 1:30 tops. i like to drop out dead lifts mid cycle, and throw them in about 5-6 weeks post cycle, right when your body is having the most difficult time. dead lifts, squats and bench presses are the best movements to stimulate natural growth hormone and testosterone production. they are also great for overall strength and power. but again, keep the workouts short! too much cardio post cycle is especially bad. if you want to lose a bit of fat, make your diet impeccably clean, and make sure you're working hard in the gym. burn the calories in the gym, not on the stair master or out running or whatever. running is the fastest way to take an inch off your arms out there. be patient, and most Important stay dedicated. a lot of people even stop lifting post cycle...well that is the dumbest thing in the world. what better combination to maximize muscle losses than to come of steroids, stop lifting, and commonly, let the diet go to hell as well. Now if you do that u just wasted every thing you did to get to your goals
now a lot of this I found when doing my own reading and research and from my own training and experience here is the link I have been using for myself and wanted to sum it up for the community http://www.steroid-encyclopaedia.com/blog/?p=22

BUMP
tallandswoleSome good info, wish I was active on eroids when I was new to the game
Bumping this. I know a lot of us can relate. Whether you B&C, or still PCT like myself. This is what I'm going through right now. Coming off cycle, mentally you know the ride is over. Then you start noticing your strength going down a little, agression and libido not what is was, shit really messes with your head. Especially when you seensome of your size and vascularity go away. This post has really helped me.
Dude i am bumping too...reality bites...
@PIN, have you tried dsip at all with your PCT, or head of anyone else trying it? I read about it here.

I've chatted with humpnpump about it and he's sold on the stuff. I'm still in the learning phase, so no worries at all. Just picking your brain.

Nice Read! +1
cdaddy7Great job detroitnate!!! +1
Thanks for the reading, appreciate the food for thought and good tips. I guess to clarify whether it's 2 to 3 weeks from what I've read on another board, if you have very well dosed test-e as an example most people will still have a good amount of test in the system for up to 3 weeks. You could take a blood test to show your test levels have dropped at 2 weeks. Otherwise, if you don't have blood tests you could start at 2 weeks and the worst case is you waste a weeks worth of PCT gear. Not an expert by any means...I just wondered before why you would start week 2 vs week 3 and looked into it. Please correct if my understanding is wrong.
some basic info, but can help out the newbs around.... Good job, although your grammar sucks ass lol....
