Anybody running empees nords I recommend his pharma t-4 200 mcg ed to enhance the nords fat burning capabilities works great IMO at leaning out n preserving muscle while dieting ! Just my .02
That's poor advice mate and shouldn't be in the public eye. You don't run 200mcg of T4. Thyroid medications are questionable in BB'ing as it is let alone a dose that high. Most people that have had their thyroid removed (including me) use a lower prescribed dose than that.
Read my post about thyroid medications. May change your perspective.
