Ok guys wanted to say something about Serostim.
I recently learned that because serostim is prescribed to HIV patients, who use an entire vial (18 IU) of sero daily, the kits ONLY come with "Sterile Water" there are NO preservatives in serostim. No mannitol or anything like that it's just pure HGH and sterile water to mix with.
They also do this because HIV patients with their lowered immune systems develop allergic reactions to Benzyl alcohol, a preservative in bacteriostatic water.
It has been said that once you reconstitute a vial of Serostim with the sterile water that comes with the kit only, it's good for about 24 hours, then there's the possibility of bacteria forming and also the possibility of the HGH degrading because it is not being preserved.
Don't worry tho. Simple solution. Instead of mixing the vials with only sterile water, take Bacteriostatic water (with OR without sodium chloride it doesn't matter) and mix the vials with that.
Your serostim will then last up to 2 weeks or so no problems at all.
I was on another board and there was a big convo about this whole subject and the one guy who brought this up knew what he was talking about his doctor told him or something can't remember exactly his source of info but u can go to Merck Serono website and read how the vials are one time use only and how there's are no preservatives in it.
Again, not a big deal and if u do only have the sterile water you will probably be fine but if you have bac water might as well use that to extend the life of the reconstituted vials.

Correct, it's always been assumed one Seros kit would last one week for a "wasting patient" since there are 7 vials per kit. Just reconstitute with Bacteriostatic Water, and not the sterile water included with the kit.
