goth, I imagine you're eating a little something prior for the slin to shuttle nutrients to the muscle that right brother? also do you keep an intra workout on hand as well?
OH yeah...all through the day....and my intra work out has a couple scoops of Vitargo in it.
Ive been using the Vitargo for about 4 months love the shit but I can't figure a way to where I can put more than one scoop without it turning very thick and sometimes clumpy. Usually mix it with my whey. Fo you have that problem with using two scoops? If so what do you do?

You won't find TNE on store shelves in the morning....That will have to come from Big D---my favorite TNE supplier----I don't carry it because my brewers hate its instability.

haven't tried this, also if your not sure watch for any pre's or fat burners with yohimbe in it until you access your tolerance, that stuff jacks me up bad, cold sweats, nausea, and dizziness.

None of them are great because of the INSANE amount of caffiene, but jacked is the worst and 2 or 3 US soldiers were killed by this stuff a couple years ago on base during a MW2 marathon...not the brightest use of the stuff I'll admit.
On the rare occassions that I do use a PW...I prefere Superpump or Xplode...although Xplode is being talked about all over the net because of liver enzyme elevation (i.e. damage)
