went from to skinny to to fat

About 170-174lbs depending on the day. up 14 lbs but i don't really like the fat look I'm starting to get. back to the drawing board, gonna read thru diet n excercise forums n put together a second day of hard cardio cause apparently one a day isn't gonna cut it. wish i kneew how to throw a before pic in. maybe ill do that tomorrow.

Guess it depends on what you wanna look like but your pretty slim and not fat. If you were to cut you would prob be unhappy with the size as you would be very skinny. If that's the look you want then go for it. Nothing wrong with the "survivor" look. I'd focus more on gaining size and getting a new shower curtain.

Keep eating and lifting heavy. Think you'd be happier with the result down the line

I don't mean like cake eating fatl fat, i mean i think i could have done a little better bf% wise. i want everything to be equal, steady quality gains ill keep. slow ecen if necessary.

I feel the same way when I bulk bro, you have maybe a little bloat going on and its getting to your head. You do not look fat at all man but I know what you are saying. I am a lean person and feel the same when I bulk so I know where you are coming from. Are you hitting your abs with some leg raises or anything to target the lower abdominal more? are you on an AI? if not that might be part of the reason you feel that way, once you jump on the AI and get it sorted you will drop some of the excess water weight and look leaner but if that's not the case and your doing abs like you should then tweak your diet or try adding that extra day of cardio.

Ai is taken care of, i do leg raises 2x wk andd work my abs some most days. i am gonna tweak my diet, up till now the focus was only weight gain, now I'm gonna work on leaning out some.

I'm about to be 31 in august, ai is adex. .25 eod wasn't cutting it so went to letro standard protocal .5 to 2.5 then back down. big improvement but not fixed. I'm at 1.5 today. Started cyp only 500 wk. added proviron cause i read it helps with estro and it does seem to.
