+ 1 Clen, T3, ***,and fat burners why not!

The summer is knocking on our doors, the days are getting longer and the thermometer is shooting up.. it can only mean one thing "cutting" season is here for most of us.. its time to get rid of all that nasty fat on top of all our hard earned muscles... now which orals should we run in order to get shredded? NONE!! that's right.. you heard me.. a "cutting" cycle is not the same as a "pre-contest" cycle.. if you are going to get ripped for the summer, there is no need for that shit bros.. i've ran all these shit before except for ***, this year i didn't run any of them.. i stuck to good old' diet and the hated treadmill to do all the "cutting" for me.. to be completely honest the difference was only about 5%. it took me a few extra weeks to get where i wanted but, none of the potential sides like migraines, clogged arteries, fucked up thyroid. these orals don't produce enough benefits to out weight the negatives.. i can garanfuckingtee you will look great without these.. if you cant get lean without them, your diet it off or you need more cardio.. its plain and simple. the secret is hard work and self control.

(ADDED) we get fed too much information, tons of fat burners, miracle drugs, clen this, t3 that.. and all of them do work BUT, you can achieve that shit without it.. its not like muscle building you need AAS to get truly huge but, when it comes down to plain fat burning and leaning out i feel like there is a misconception that diet and cardio is not going to get you ripped enough and it FUCKING does. we just got to smarten up and stop throwing our money away...

I see lots of this here on eroids and it still amazes me. Lately, I've seen a bunch of folks looking for phen-phen. This is the weight loss drug that was PROVEN to cause heart valve damage! I pointed this out to these guys looking for it and they just didn't care. Natural selection at work...

So very true, some people burn calories faster than others. It differs from person to person; it's obvious by seeing how one person will naturally turn food into muscle as the opposite for others. Exercise burns calories, the body is very adaptable and there are literally thousands of various metabolic processes going on at one time and their aim is meet by your actions, i.e turning protein into muscle or metabolising fat as fuel. IMO if you're either extremely lean or fat, you need get your thyroid examined by a doctor. Your thyroid plays a major role in regulating metabolism. When it is underactive (hypothyroid) it is very difficult to burn off excess body fat, and when it is overactive (hyperthyroid) putting on any additional body weight becomes almost impossible. I am strongly against using thyroid as a means of cutting up when your own thyroid levels are within normal limits. This is very dangerous in a number of ways, including the risk that you will permanently damage your natural thyroid function. +1 Brother Good Post

True, most of us try to look for a short cut or take the easy route. I'll be the first to admit cardio sucks balls, but it works. If it were easy we'd all be ripped. +1

I believe a good portion of the population would be ripped up, if the government would force the reduction in price for whole organic foods and dismiss this fast food influence that has dramatically impacted this country. It's terrible the kinda chemicals they put in food now...
