I'll Defintely do that next time but do they make slin pins in 2-3ml. I use a 25g 5/8 right now for delts. I didn't think a1/2 inch would go deep enogh but if that's what you use then that's what I'll use.

Cause right now I'm pinning 2mls eod so the 1ml pin won't fit enogh x I guess I could just load up another one and do 2 shots in the same muscle but that's just more scar tissue build up. The 25 gauge doesn't really hurt, it's just that my delts are basically still virgins cause I never hit them and on top of that it's prop. Thank god this prop doesn't have any pip. I wonder how clean pulls that off. I've used 2 other sources prop and they both hurt like hell every shot for the entire cycle.

I pin my delts regularly. My glutes and delts are my normals. My quads reject EVERYTHING!! They about landed me in the hospital a few months ago with cellulitis.

I'm pinning the exact same thing right now you are. They rarely get sore, but when they do, it doesn't affect my workouts. I've gone 2.5cc's in them before no problem.

I think I'm about to try pinning my Tri's. I had good luck the couple times I did. Just worries about how much volume they will hold

I do them but they are my least favorite spot that I hit. Guess everyone is different cause a lot of people complain about quads but that's my favorite.

I love quads to if I could pin there everytime I would. I avoid delts like the plague

I do them a few times every cycle but it's not in my normal rotation. I just didn't have any 1 inch for quads and I used glutes my last two shots so i tried to give them a break. I'm trying to get used to it cause in doing ed shots for my next cycke in the winter so I'm gonna need more then just quads and glutes.

I hate quads but I guess my finess isn't there. My delts can take up to 2ccs. I was thinking of pinning pecs and tris on my next run

I put igf-1 in my tris but never gear. Mine would probably only hold 1ml .

I like tri. Outer head is fine to do alone. Inner is awkward. Bi and calve hurt the most for me for sure

I could see it stretching the fascia future growth would be easier. But it's not like the gears gonna bind only to the receptors in that musle and cause growth that way.. If that was the case my ass wouldn't be so damn small. Igf-1 des produced some nice site enhancement tho.

I just put 2cc in my delts. Probably wasn'tt the best idea as my delts are tiny. Huge weak spot for me that I'm slowly bringing up now. Had some bad shoulder injures for while so I just started doing direct shoulder work a few months ago.

Ughh im gonna try to do them atleast once a week. Its necessary. It barely hurts now but pip always kicks in the next day so I'm praying its not gonna be bad tomorrow. After all it is chest day.

Nah its gonna be a 12 week run. Lol the Tren A was just making sure I could handle the Tren. I generally don't do anything less than 12 weeks, but I normally do long esters

Looks pretty good to me. Good thing about tren is the more you use the freakier you look unlike test were you just look boofy. Might get a little more sides but I wouldn't stress over it. Just go 200 that Friday you don't wanna drop ofF and have I wait for it to kick in again. Why are you switching to E anyways?
