Meal 1:
3 eggs (scrambled) with 1 cup of milk tiny sliver of butter and 2 slices of cheese. 1 banana, 1 apple, 6 strawberries and 1 cup of peanut butter with 1 glass of milk and 1 glass of water
Meal 2:
6oz chicken breast (boneless), 1 apple, 1 banana, 6 strawberries, 1 cup of white rice 1 glass of cranberry juice, 1 glass of water
Meal 3:
6oz boneless chicken breast, 1 baked potato with butter (no sour cream), 1 can of green beans 2 servings of spinache, 1 orange, 1 glass of water
Half a bottle of Low calorie Gatorade G2 series orange flavor
GYM--1 bottle of Core chocolate protein 26g, 3 bottles of water and 1 small bottle of Gatorade G2 series.
Meal 4:
Same as meal 3
Meal 5
6oz boneless chicken breast, 1 sweet potato with butter, 1 cup of rice, 1 banana, 1 cup of whole kernal canned corn, 1 glass of cranberry juice and 1 glass of water, 1 serving of protein powder (25g Protein per serving)
OK so what do you guys think of my new diet layout? I'm also taking a.fiber supplement and a fiber one chocolate bar per day

epcfitnessPay somebody who does this for a living to write you up a meal plan. I'm working with a guy now it's very affordable he is an ifbb pro and this is what he does for a living. He has tons and tons and tons of before and after pictures with amazing results and transformation. He sends out a questionaire before writing up the plan for you so you can explain any illnesses or anything you have. This diet is very messy tons of sugar every meal. I would drop almost all the fruit, all the juices, all the butter, all the cheese, all the dairy. Water only clean foods and complex carbs. It's worth paying ~$100 for knowledge you will have the rest of your life.
AnonThis doesn't look much like a leaning diet. Way too much sugar... Cranberry juice is packed with it, besides nearly three peices of fruit at three of your meals, and a WHOLE cup of pb in the morning- healthy fats are good but thats a little overload. If you really want to buckle down, ditch the butter all together, get rid of 99% of the fruit- and look at the total grams of carbs- for example, your last meal of the day has sweet potato, rice, corn AND fruit. Wayyyy too much for a cutting diet. Put all of these meals into an app like my fitness pal and it will generate the overall macros for this meal plan. If you do that, I think you'll find that your numbers are way off. Winning's diet looks much more on point. Good luck.
Thats a nice big dirty bulk looking layout........... mega simple carbs,mega sugars,fructose,sucrose etc, way too much fat in there for a body like yours...... 3wks on that diet should have you looking like an inflatable swim ring.
P.S....... why use protein powder with solid meals?.... and most importantly breakfast should be complex carbs and protein NOT fats and sugars... ( i see zero OATS or FISH ) Lots of good foods lacking in this layout.
Basically your metabolism is on its ass man!... if this is the cleaned up version i would hate to see what you were eating previous to this..... all the simple sugars and carbs are simply not allowing your body to step up and burn into fat reserves....... you MUST knock out all the simple shit and increase your protein dramatically along with more complex carbohydrate type foodstuffs, also you need to looking at adding natural thermogenics like chillies and green tea to further step up your lagging metabolism.
I know you wont respond to me you never fkn do!..... but at the end of the day i wouldnt even bother typing these words if i was not trying to help you out..... you have had your head in a fkn bag for far too long my man....... its time you researched proper nutritional tactics cos if you dont all the gear in the world aint gonna change a single thing for you.

What's your goal ? Bulking , cutting .. Regardless I'm not a big fan of all the simple carbs your taking in the form of fruit, fruit juice , Gatorade and some of the other stuff like cheese, butter and sour cream I would get rid of. Like I said need your goal bulk or cut?

10:00pm:

cut out the butter
Sweet potato and rice is 2x carbs, choose one per meal during allotted carbs.
cut out the chocolate
Cut out the peanut butter !!1 cup u say how about zero cups
add in 3 salads with NO DRESS just veg
milk should be ZERO FAT MILK
STay away from canned veg and move to cooking your own.
WHy not eat some pork once in a while or some fish?
Now your going to need some egg whites and turkey for a meal
Protein should be above 200g. If you really want to drop BF you need to cardio. I suggest 2x hours cardion split morning and night.
How is your legs recovery?
AnonI do cardio every day for 45 minutes exercise bike and skeptical machine jumping jacks (2 sets of 50) and pushups. Still in pt for the legs but slowly gaining muscle back so I'm heading in the right direction? The chocolate is a pure protein shake its all protein fiber and potassium

Get a calculator and take the time to analyze specific caloric intake versus your caloric burn at rest/24 hours. Add in your workout caloric burns.
