Hitting body 2nd time

What do you guys think about hitting a body part early in the morning, then hitting the same body part later that night but not as hard, just kind of hitting it again to finish it off, just throw an extra pump onto it to totally try and work that body part full for the day? do you think this would be effective?

I don't think there's no point to go back again... you've done pretty much all the damage you can do, the first trip... continuing to break down a muscle and not allowing it full recovery will make them smaller....
Just do it right the first time! You can apply this to anything in life
i hit it hard in the A.M. , just trying to increase my training and get another session in at night, trying anything i can to shred up and get a hard as possible. didnt know if i would be better off hitting a different body part at night or to totally hit the same muscle hard by doing it again
Nah you'll just end up going backwards. Unless you're diet and rest during the day was on point 110% at all times. Getting shredded is a matter of diet and cardio. You can get the effect you're looking for if you arrange your workouts optimally during the week, body part combinations and whatnot. No need to hit the same muscle groups am/pm.
epcfitnessToo little time in a day for that for me personally. It's like doing fasted cardio in the morning go to work all day then hit the weights at night. Takes a toll mentally on you after a short period of time, this is what competitors tell me.
To me I think it would be over stimulating. I've hit body parts twice a week, but I don't know if there would be a benefit to twice in a day. Muscles grow as they are repairing. To me it seems like that would be hindering the process. Just my thoughts. Maybe there are some you have done it.
