I've ran most fat loss sups under the sun, they work but when the ground work isn't in place the rebound can be bad

Was my last major goal, since then I rebounded a bit, didn't want to put a 100% in.
This is after a 6 months on a diet half assing it, 1 month eating 100% on the paper.
Still not 100% yet, dieting is tough, now next step is turning that 2-3 days a week fasted am cardio into 7 days a week
Need to work on a lot but, bi's and traps I think are my weakest
