+ 5 Beginners cycle is better than your cycle!!!!

Ok guys I have started to notice a lot of new guys and young guys running or proposing crazy first time cycles multiple compounds 2 or 3 Orals... I will make any young guy a bet!! I will run a Test E only cycle and you can run whatever you think u need 3 injectables 3 Orals. Hgh ect we will run this 12 weeks and I PROMISE I WILL GAIN MORE SIZE PUT ON MORE WEIGHT than you will.. If older guys run test only or even test decca only what makes you think you need all that to grow?? All you really need is TEST and large amounts of food.. Ok in done now my rant is over ...

+1 for simple solid advice, my husband is running a test E only cycle at the moment and it's pretty awesome. I see a lot of "more is better" attitudes from the new guys on here, it's good of you to try to line them out.

Great stuff as always GymJunkie! I'm a big proponent of low, safe aas use for most folks. There are always exceptions to this philosophy, but I think everyone should start and then try to stay low as possible. I'm on TRT and I almost never "blast" (my blast consist of 300-400mg of test-e/c). Maybe once a year I'll go up and that's it. I rely on hard work, diet, and patience (a rarely used word now days). I look and feel great year round. I continue to make size and strength gains on my 180 mg a week dose of test-e. When I want to "bulk", I simply up my caloric intake. Doing things this way has really given me a much better insight to how my body reacts. I hope folks actually take you up on your challenge and/or rethink how they are doing things. +1!

I did a 2 month cruise with 250mg's of test cyp a week and 50mg's of provi a day and I was surprised at the gains I was getting. I've ran my test as high as 900mg's a week but I think I actually did better on the low test and provi. I'm doing a tren run now and I think think I'm just going to do this once a year maybe for a summer cutter. This is preached on here many times but I don't think people listen,it's all about the food you intake for real. I wish I had known that when I was in my early 20's. I was a pathetic looking 150lbs! I got up to a semi clean 215 with a 345 bench all natural just by upping my calories and meal frequency.

lol... not just that easy bro, its took me a long long time to to find just the right mix of everything that works me for me either be it bulk/maintenance/ or cutting...... but nutrition is the root to it all without a shadow of doubt.

I just hope these noobs crazy cycles are being done with weak gear because some of them are just plain crazy. People read these crazy cycles on the internet or hear it on youtube and think thats how one gets big and strong. Forget about hard work and dieting, there is a magic needle with 3 compounds in it and 3 magic pills waiting to be swallowed...that will do the trick:(

Completely agree. I have run a gram plus per week of doc test before and i prefer my results with lower doses and proper diet. The high doses just created more potent sides. The bloat bastard comes out huge after 800...tougher to dial in estro at those levels too. I have been using AAS for a long time and am just now getting the best benefits from lower dose test in my cycles...not just trendy thing to say its no bullshit.

ya it's been full blown craziness lately. I blame a lot of these young guys on a few guys that have YouTube videos talking bout crazy ass cycles. I'm afraid it's only goin to get worse
